Pac Rim was the most pleasant and efficient trucking company I ever experienced! Great rates, trucker was earlier than scheduled because of ice storm coming. Andrea was absolutely amazing scheduling the load and trucker was at my place to pick wheel loader up the very next morning! Communication was spot on and Pac Rim will be my 1st choice for future shipments!

These people are really doing garbage business. They make miscommunications with the carriers. The are not on their words, Just making wrong statements. Never ever work with this company. highly disliked them. I book a load from Los Angeles to ID paying 1700$ after 2 hrs they ask that they got someone else who will do on 1500$. But I was on the load.

don't book load with them they are lier.i book load with brandon thomspon fresno ca to atlanta ga .after 3 hour and several call no rate confirmation .they waste your valuable time and they was keep saying we will send you rate con shortly .dont work with them .

Do not do business with this company. They do not do their part to ensure delivery is set up correctly. They told us delivery was ok at 2pm on a Friday - turns out jobsite wouldn't take the product for a few more weeks. Then reconsigned load to NC over 400 miles away and deliver on Saturday with no reload options. Offered to pay us $300 for this extra time and miles. They have no communication skills, not willing to accept responsibility for their part as a broker, and very unprofessional. Do not do business with this broker.

Booked a load with Shane, from Houston, TX to Lake Wales, FL. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours for rate confirmation and several phone calls to Shane, he calls me to state he booked a load without pickup/release numbers. Hence no load for my driver. Take away: Stay on top of them and if they tell you "I'm just waiting for customer to give me pickup/release number" ......RUN!
