Lost multiple pieces of hardware during our move, can’t even use the bed frame now. Left a huge mark in our TV during the move. Very big lack of effort and care for people’s belongings during this move. They just tried to get it done as fast as possible. Will never recommend or use their services again.

Called this business several times and had to leave messages on voice mail before I could get anyone to return my call. After my call was returned, an estimator arrived to make a list of the household items I would be moving in addition to all the goods that were already boxed up. She told me I would hear something that evening (Friday) or Monday. That was 5 weeks ago and I still have not received a call from them. I called Bouillon Moving and can’t recommend them highly enough.

We contracted with these guys to move a piano up from Ross County to Columbus, and a bookcase back down to Ross county. The estimate, with all details explained quite thoroughly, was for $315. But after dropping off the piano, the amount due all of a sudden escalated to $414. We called Mr. Rinehart, who gave a bunch of nonsensical reasons for the increase. "We didn't know about the return delivery." Yes, you did, there were three of us listening on our side when this was explained to you. "You have eight steps there on delivery, we only expected four." Um, NO, I'm looking at the front steps your guys just came up, and there are four of them. We eventually settled for splitting the difference just to get the matter settled. But I would never use these guys again...and encourage anyone thinking of doing so to get any estimates in writing, since it seems they won't honor their oral commitments.
