These buses were provided for our football team for play offs for Taft High school in San Antonio for our playoffs. They were absolutely disgusting. The air conditioning did not work, and the restrooms were just nasty. There was also bugs on the bus & several players got bit. I do not recommend these character buses to anyone.

Since Thursday they have my things that they sent me from Monterrey. A very kind woman called me from that city. She gave me a phone number to communicate with a certain Jeannette. That woman has only given me excuses. That tomorrow. That my day was complicated. Until tomorrow. Yesterday she told me that later today At 12 o'clock... I called to come, waiting very patiently. In total, there were no shortage of excuses... He sent me a message when I arrived at the premises. Someone would arrive in 15 minutes. It's been 20 minutes and I send him a message and he says... he'll arrive in 40 minutes. I tell him they're bullshit, why do they do that? Totally very bad experience. Jeannette says that she is sick. That was her excuse. But... what does she work for? She is not sick for the money... I don't know who to complain to... because they charged a lot for bringing a bag with 3 little bottles. ..I hope someone sees this and does something about that irresponsible and lying woman who says that she told me to pick up the bag on Friday at 5:30 p.m.. no one but no one gave me that information and least of all there is no anger with that inept woman
