It's where I wait for the train at the Baypoint station. The station is kept somewhat clean, but they are fighting an uphill battle. What makes people want to drop their trash where they stand and not walk over to the trash 15 feet away? Security is a little spotty. I think they only have guards after an event or issue at the station. It's in a nice area but I would avoid the station or all the stations at night if you are alone. My biggest issue is that there are no bathrooms. I think that having public toilets and even pay toilets would make the entire system rideable to more people.

I left a bag this morning on a northbound Gish station on a blue line to the bay point. I immediately got hold of a service person at Gish and he radioed it to the operator and said I will pick up the bag at the bay point break room. When I reached bay point and found the operator had the bag on the same train, and it had already left the station. Then I called the customer service agent JOE and talked out my issue and finally, he was able to locate the train and my bag. He wrote. a report and gave me the eta on that train so that I cud pick it up at Gish station. Yea was a bit tiring but vta and customer support Joe made locating my lost bag quite easier and less hassle. Thanks, VTA
