I had to coordinate a move from out of state. The transaction was simple and easy. More importantly, the crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. Some of my furniture was extremely heavy and they handled it without damaging it or the wall it had to be carried by. I was 100% pleased with the service! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

We hired mindful movers and are more than satisfied. Marshall and Jason were the best they worked hard and were respectful of our household items. We thought we were gonna be packing and loading all day but they came and handled business. My two babies were in the house and they were very mindful and careful of them. They went above and beyond . We couldn’t have done this move without them .

I used mindful movers in November 2021 to move from my Carlsbad apartment to west coast storage in Carlsbad. Incredible experience. That being said, they came first to mind to use again for my recent move (filling up 20ft U-Haul truck in that storage unit and North Park apartment). Both addresses were given from the start. Mindful Movers sent us a quote for services and we accepted it - start in Carlsbad then end in NP with only couch and king mattress to load at the end. The two guys (a dream to work with again, super professional) were told by their boss it was only 10min drive, but the addresses we sent were clearly 30+ min distance. Their boss, Levi, then reached out to us directly, with 10-15 minutes left of our 4hr service window, and told us he didn’t realize how far the drive was and sent us a new quote adding in an extra $160 for the distance. We decided not to move the couch and only had them move the mattress to stay within our time window and not pay extra. It felt unprofessional to change a quote on a loyal customer when the mistake was 100% on their end. Regardless, the crew is always amazing, careful, genuine and charismatic. Just make sure when booking they fully understand your needs before accepting quote/services.
