These people are the most incompetent freight company. I booked a load with them was never given a bill of lading or anything. They required payment up front so I paid them with the credit card they took the money right away. Supposed to get somebody over there that day to pick up my loads 3 days later and three truck drivers later they finally got to the first pick up the truck driver did not have the document required I was very specific about him needing to have the paper. Finally got him loaded. He went to the second pick up just down the street didn't have the paper printed for that place either so they told him he had to leave and get the paper and come back tomorrow. He went back the next day in the afternoon with the paper and there was no room in the trailer because he didn't tell the first pick up place that he needed to put other stuff in there and they just threw it in there. They had no idea they are totally different company. So he only brought the one half a load from the first pickup. They charged me for the full price of a full truckload with two stops when it was only a half a truckload and he didn't get the second one. They said they could send somebody back over there to get the other load but I would have to pay for another FTL they would not budge on anything on a pretty reasonable guy but they said that I had to pay twice once for a FTL with two stops and another FTL with one stop. They even told me that it was totally not my fault. But they expect me to pay for a service that I didn't receive or agree to. That's like hiring someone to build you a house and he built you half a house and then expects you to pay him for all of it. In addition to all of this we also have to pay outrageous storage fees at the warehouses for each of those loads that sat there one of them is still sitting there trying to get somebody to go pick it up for a reasonable rate. Since I am not going to pay JB Hunt and can't trust them it's saddening this is the first time also that I've used them and there will not be a second time. We had plans on letting them do the overseas shipping for us but I can't trust them with all of my product and my business

Jerome and Chris delivered a bike today. I appreciated the care and effort they took to make sure the bike was stable on carpeted floors before they completed the delivery. Their attitude was one of the best customer service I have seen.

Looked like they were really organized and had a great tracking app, but it never updated, had incorrect information and when I called to check on delivery I was told that my driver got in an accident and the delivery would be rescheduled. Then the customer service rep hung up on me. Less than 10 minutes later, the driver called and arrived in 15 minutes, well within the promised delivery time. This was a one of a kind delivery and I’m glad I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

I was supposed to have a washer/dryer delivered today. The company claimed the driver couldn't make the delivery "because the road was very busy and there was nowhere to park." Like, yea, because I live in a city practically on a university campus. You're never going to find parking out of the right-of-way around here on a weekday. They couldn't be bothered to do what literally all other delivery companies (FedEX, UPS, USPS) do and park with their hazard lights on and make the delivery. Instead, the driver called dispatch, who tried to call me (while I was in a meeting while working from home). And because I didn't answer within 3 minutes of the call, the delivery driver left. The driver didn't even attempt to knock on my door or anything... Very poor customer service. Clearly don't even know how to deliver in a city center. Not sure how this company still exists honestly.

I scheduled a four-hour window for delivery and took off work to wait for the delivery. No problem. Someone from the company called after the time window closed and relayed that the driver was over hours and the delivery and assembly couldn’t be completed. I assumed wrongly that this business would schedule for the next day or be flexible with fitting me in. Nope. They wanted to schedule me for the next time they would be in the area which was far out. I’m in Lehi, company is in Salt Lake). Already taking off work, I knew the regular work week and hours wouldn’t work for me. The company was unable to offer any weekend deliveries or any time after 5:00. All around unfortunate customer service from this third party company. I had to cancel my original order and place the same one to get a different shipping company. Update: I was defaulted back to this 3rd party company but received credit from the seller for the lack of follow through from shipping.
