Worst mover of all time! used them for my move from NYC to Miami. they ruined my mattress, delivered it a mess with it hanging out of plastic. threatening upon arrival not delivering with out cash upfront! yelled and screamed at my mom on the phone. threw boxes, left a trail of dirt, broken desks, chairs, lamps. they were awful bad attitudes and ruthless. left garbage in the hallway.

Would give this company ZERO stars if I could! They moved us from Houston to Dallas with 3 weeks of storage in between, The problems began when Kate left out most of the related charges for the "third party vendors" and the storage labor charges. This ended up doubling the price of the move and quote I was given. Yes, I was aware of the freight by weight charge. That is not what I am talking about here. The packers were terrible, placing many of my fragile items in a box unwrapped then placing heavier objects of top therefore destroying many of my precious possessions. They scratched and damaged lots of my furniture pieces during the handling and transport of those items. Then the best is the awful job they did putting together the bed frames. One bed (platform style), was missing 11 screws!! I guess they lost them all in transit and did not bother to even tell me! They just left it half completed. And finally, yes I am missing items. Most of them electronic and small in size...ie - my mini Bose sound bar for one. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I fed, tipped and had plenty of drinks for all personnel that worked my move, and this is what we got! We have moved across country a few times and never encounter disaster such as this! Do not waste your time and money with this company!!

These are the guys you want for your move! We were so impressed with how fast, efficient, and professional Brook and his crew were during our move. There were quite a few items needing to be wrapped by them prior to loading the truck and they did a phenomenal job ensuring these items made it safely to our destination. Throughout our move, the team communicated extremely well with us. They were very detailed and thorough. We were notified of the location and placement of any loose items/hardware which was very helpful once we began to unload at our destination. The entire time I was able to rest easy knowing that all of our possessions were in good hands. Without them, we almost certainly would not have fit everything into our Uhaul. They did not waste any space in the truck and I was so blown away with how they made it all fit. You can see in the picture how those first few items filled up the entire space. They are truly worth their weight in gold and I cannot recommend them enough!

DO NOT use Roadrunner for your residential move!! We hired them to pack, move and store the contents of our 6,000 sq ft Memorial-area home during a remodel August-September, 2020. We endured a horrendous experience that involved several different crews who were each openly critical of the one that came before them. They badly scratched several pieces of fine furniture, broke the legs off a sofa and an antique chest, crushed the skirts on all our upholstered pieces, left a 6-inch tear in the silk upholstery of another chair, crushed two lampshades, lost hardware necessary to reassemble our bed frame and two other case-good items, crushed a custom-made 36” Leontine Linens bolster pillow, and more. The total on our claim for damages was more than $15,000; after four months of waiting, Roadrunner offered only a $337 settlement. What a joke! These people are incompetent and outrageously arrogant; the company owner Robert McGowen actually called my husband an a**hole on the telephone. His general manager Ben Breedlove dodged emails and phone calls for months; and sales rep Trevor Teykl couldn’t follow through on his promise that “Roadrunner will take care of you”. Spare yourself the heartache and hire another mover. I would rate 0 stars if that was an option.

This company is the absolute worst business I have ever encountered. They are dishonest, careless and will absolutely deny any claim you set forth. They destroyed several of our belongings due to carelessness and lack of knowledge. They charged us twice what they quoted and then denied all our claims. Run away from this company. Do not even consider using them even for a short move. They are the worst we have ever experienced!!
