Rob knows the importance of sweat equity! He knows he must do the hard work in order to get the results. I am 100% satisfied with the incredible job Rob did for me when I sold a house as the trustee of an estate. I lived out of state and had no current understanding of the neighborhoods and the real estate market in the area. Rob nailed it. Rob worked as part of a team with another real estate advisor, Dan. These two Compass Real Estate Agents worked efficiently together to answer all my questions, to explore options, and to present their ideas. I gave them a specified budget within which to prepare the house for the market. They made all the decisions on vendors, upgrades, painting, carpeting, landscaping, etc. They even managed to come in under budget. The house sold in less than a week and above asking price. The entire experience was incredible and I actually had a lot of fun with the whole process. I would certainly recommend Rob and Dan to anyone interested in working with a team of creative, fun, and efficient agents to sell or buy a home in the area.

Rob made the daunting task of buying a new home a less stressful journey. His extensive knowledge of the local real estate market was evident from the very beginning, as he provided valuable insights into the neighborhoods and properties that matched our preferences. He took the time to go through our questions ranging from macro-level economics to micro details about disclosures, warning us of red flags and ensuring that the properties we visited aligned with our preferences. One of the standout qualities of Rob that we didn’t experience with others is his unwavering commitment to his clients. Due to our busy schedules, we didn’t always have time to meet during business hours. Rob has been an incredible partner and guide who helped me buy my first home in San Carlos. I spent 2 years searching and Rob was patient and supportive throughout. He was responsive, , never pushy and worked with me as I moved through the many cycles of actively looking and causally looking until I found the right thing. I was always able to count on his perspective on the properties I was looking at. He has a keen sense for them, value and what something is worth in today's market. He gave me excellent advice as I considered what updates or changes might be the best return on investment to help me think beyond the immediate.
Beyond that, Rob is a true professional, which isn't always the case in the sea of agents these days. He has solid relationships with agents across town and is well respected. Its the reputation he has built and thoughtful way of working that helped give me a slight edge on the home I ultimately purchased which made all the difference. He is strategic, efficient, honest, straight forward, patient, and bonus, has become a friend.
I actually began working with him after he helped my sister buy her first home and he is now my brother's agent. He's become an honorary member of the family now and there is no one else I would trust more than Rob when I move to my next home.
