Damian is just a fantastic person and a great realtor. Had a wonderful experience from the very beginning till the end. Below is my experience briefly described (if interested, pls give a read). Me an my wife met Damian at a random open house and we got to know each other through casual talk. Back then we were not really serious into buying and he was willing to help us from the very beginning. As time went by, Damian and Christine helped us look around a lot of houses and they constantly give inputs to what is good and bad about the house as comparative to the value. They understood our needs and gave us a lot of inputs as to what we should consider in buying a house through out the tours. Eventually, we liked a home and - Christine and Damian helped us right from understanding the market value of the house, appreciation estimate, to the foundation, electrical & plumbing evaluations, to answering questions related to financing, understanding documentations, closing & further correspondences with the Seller. They made this journey very smooth for us and we are extremely grateful. And also they became our good friends :)
