We were in an accident and called Robert’s towing and transport. This company had the quickest response time with the most efficient and knowledgeable dispatcher that we’ve ever talked with. This is hard to find in the towing business. Prompt, efficient, and reliable service is always good but when you’re in an accident on the highway, it means even more. The price was beyond fair for the circumstances and the speed and efficiency with which they responded. The driver was professional, knowledgable, honest, and caring throughout the process which again made this the best tow truck experience we’ve ever had and again means all that much more after being shaken up from having an accident on the highway. The driver went over and beyond to be sure that we were safe and that the car got put exactly where we needed it. Thank you again guys!!!! We really appreciate you!

***DO NOT RECOMMEND*** I have never seen or heard of a towing company charging the parent of a deceased child for their vehicle. THIS COMPANY DOES. absolutely no heart or morals here. So sorry you had to store the bike for two days because we were trying to figure out where things were. Now the father of the deceased has $11 to his name.

I called Robert's to have an abandoned car towed off my property, the person who answered the phone was very nice and friendly, told me the driver would be out, i called them back to ask a few questions and spoke with the super nice and friendly person again and i asked if they cojld also remove an abandoned car from one of my rental properties a couple driveways down from my house, the nice person on the phone said yes we can do that for you, i within an hour Ricky the driver called me and said he was 30 minutes out, I didn't expect them to come at 9pm at night! Ricky was super friendly, professional and a great person! He then asked where the 2nd car was and I met him over there and told him it could wait until the morning and Ricky said it'll be gone tonight! About an hour later he called me and said he was a few minutes out, after he got the car he sent me a super friendly and nice text message letting me know he got it! This was my first experience with a towing company and Robert's went above and beyond for me and if I ever need their services again, I'll be calling them! If anyone needs their services, call them and you won't be disappointed! They are extremely friendly and professional and Ricky is a great person!

We contacted our insurance company and was told 1-1.5 hours until a towing service would arrive. Not the case! David contacted me within 15 minutes asking how he could best help. He was able to get my key to my vehicle where it was left and had it towed to our mechanic that was 35 minutes away in Lexington. From his first phone call to the moment it was towed to our location, it was all done within an hour! Excellent customer service, kind and professional! Thank you David for your help!
