Had a great experience with Devon. He was easy to get along with and walked me through everything. He showed me the steps he took to get me the best refund possible. He’s been doing this for a while and he made sure a glitch in my paperwork was taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I think they either pay these people to leave them good reviews or these are the family members of the staff that work for this horrible place. First of all the place is dirty and unkept the people in there look like they just got out of the penitentiary, they are rude and smart mouth. I went in there to get taxes done for a regular warehouse job and the man told me with a straight face he wanted $600 to do my taxes. I called around and found out it’s an average about $250 to get your taxes done. So they are scamming people and I do believe all these other reviews are fake, who charges $600 to do a regular person taxes? Do not go here unless you want to be scammed.

Mr. D. Lightning went above and beyond looking at the year before I filed my taxes along with doing this years taxes in 2024. He was able to get me back pay from the previous year of filing my taxes with an addition to what I will be receiving with the year of 2024. His last name is definitely on point with the way his mind works with numbers. He is very fast without a calculator dealing with high numbers. When I imputed the numbers myself on my phone calculator, Mr. Lightening was on point. He has a strong gift with computing numbers, very pleasant, respectful, and checks his work 3-4 times to verify he has not missed anything. He is also fast in my opinion.
