Very pleased with the service provided by Rock and Roll Transport and Dena in particular. I am a first time importer/transporter and Dena was able answer all of my questions about the process and put me at ease. Amazingly quick access to the Port of Jacksonville and my car shipped within a day of retrieval. My car arrived in perfect condition and the driver, Mike was awesome to work with. Grateful that my customs broker recommended Rock and Roll Transport and Dena!

Update: As anticipated I know they will try and lie and down play this situation by saying the parts are damaged but I have all in text. When vehicle was brought to me, I called to demand for the parts, they put me on a conference call and the employee who removed the parts confirmed that the parts are still in the yard which is why I asked for the parts to be mailed to me in Texas. Nicki the owner was on that call and she said she will send them to me. For anyone interested I can email screenshots of my conversations with Nicki after that phone call. I even sent her the address in Texas !!! I reached out to Nicki through text multiple times over a period of 4 months, she never replied my messages. My last option is to leave this review to warn future victims. ======================================== Original Review: Nicki the owner of this place is money hungry and RUDE. She is going to ask have we done business before like she did with other 1 star reviews to make it look like the reviews were given by strangers. She may also try to defend herself and blame me but I have record of my calls with her, if anybody needs it I will share. You be the judge. Do not hire them to move your vehicles, do not store your vehicle at this location. They will either steal parts from your vehicle, over charge you, damage your vehicle and they will try and deny it. I am leaving this review because it’s been 5 months and I have given enough time for us to resolve this. Read one of my many negative experiences with them. I dropped a vehicle at their storage, they charged me to tight loose parts on the vehicle because the vehicle has been in an accident, they removed the parts, never put them on the vehicle, caused more damage and when the vehicle got to me in Texas, I noticed, called them and they admitted to removing the parts, I have the recording if anyone wants to listen to it I will share. We agreed to two options send my parts to me or refund the money charged for the labour the owner Nicki said she will refund half, i hesitated but later agreed to it but she never refunded half, Nicki became very unprofessional and rude when I called for my refund, soon I am sure another person will experience this and leave a review on how she talks to her customers. She eventually said they don’t refund after payment. She took my parts, collected money for work not done. Beware and use other storages around. Oh and the workers are worse but guess who they learn how to deal with customers from? The owner Nicki who is a disaster.

Dena was very efficient in providing all the information I needed. Rock & Roll Transport picked up my vehicle from the port and dropped it off at my home 6 hours away in just a few days. I am very happy with their service and I will be a return customer. Thank you
