My drivers were great but besides that the people on the phone were unprofessional and unreliable. They forgot to send me my confirmations and were annoying to deal with. Not worth the price they charge especially because the booking is nonrefundable. They should have a little bit more clarity when dealing w peoples money.

We booked a ride from the airport to our home for my husband to come home. We knew it was non refundable and didn’t plan on cancelling it, but we had an emergency and had to get him home sooner than planned. So I called rocket transportation, knowing that I wasn’t going to be refunded, but called them to give them a heads up so that their driver wasn’t waiting for my husband at the airport. Whoever answered the phone was rude and unprofessional, she was obviously annoyed that we inconvenienced her. I again told her that we had an emergency and we needed my husband home sooner. Her response was to give me attitude and tell me they don’t offer refunds. I didn’t ask for a refund. I kept letting her know we only wanted to let them know he wouldn’t be at the airport as previously planned. She said we can do a credit. That’s fine but based on who she reacted when I called to just let them know what was going on, we won’t be booking them for any future services.

I was shocked to get an e-mail for a Rocket shuttle I did not book ,that read : “ private shuttle service booking “ four days from then with $600 fee , non refundable ! When contacted Rocket to say I did not ask for that ride , their respective was “ oh , that is for 2 checks from 2019 that were stale !! They lost the checks over 5 years ago , sent me a phony bill to get me to pay the $330 that covered the checks they just found …5 years later ! I told them they lost my good checks and it was not my fault they lost my checks ! She said “so you I rejected the ticket “ and I said yes ! Two days later they send me back the checks and original paperwork that said I paid ,with a note that they made a phony bill to me , so it would be easier for me to pay them with a credit to get back the $330 they lost in several moves .I am very upset how Rocket does business…

My trip was 1st week sept., 2024. Great drivers both ways SEATAC to PA. Confirmations on email and calls from driver were all timely and relevant. I will use them again

I called to make a reservation after the online reservation system wouldn’t complete past the “pick up and drop off” section. I was told my pickup date and location were scheduled and I’d receive a confirmation email. The day before by flight I called to see what time to except the transportation. They told me I wasn’t in the system and never made a reservation. Their solution was for me to drive 30 mins away to meet the pick up location. I don’t have a car which is why I scheduled this service. In the end they told me there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed and will be Dugeness Line instead.
