Coming back here a year later to say that I'm still with Rocking T. Everything in my original review continues to stand as exactly how it is. We've had some personell Changes, additions and subtraction to our drivers, and we've even gotten a few new trucks and trailers. There are still miles to be had, friends to be made, and driving to be done here. They've even improved the Guymon, OK yard and introduced a trailer wash in St Joseph, MO. Rocking T continues to be a good company. I do want to say one thing, if you do see bad reviews on here, understand that a lot of these are coming from disgruntled EX employees. All the reviews on here are negative so I'm going to put one on here that goes against the grain. I started working for RT in February of 2023. A month after I started my brother passed unexpectedly. They removed the load I had, switched out loads and got me home four days before the memorial service. They treated me with respect, offered their condolences, and did their very best to accommodate me during a time where I thought things were breaking down. I have been doing nothing but running all over the Midwest with halfway decent miles (some weeks I break 3500, some I barely grab 2k), decent pay (for me.. we don't make top dollar but the way I'm treated here absolutely makes up for it). Safety department is wonderful. If you do your job and are responsible with being safe and doing pretrips and not being an idiot, they leave you alone and send you a congrats email when you do something right. Dispatch communication is damn near instant and I've never had issues even when they've had dispatchers on duty during holiday hours and everyone else is at home. The mechanic shop has multiple people in there that know what they're doing. They have no problem sitting down and explaining things to you so you can understand (which is huge to me as not only a driver, but I'm also a woman and there have been multiple cases where mechanics just pat my hand and dismiss me as stupid). Everything is run very smoothly though albeit sometimes it can be chaos incarnate. The only complaint I have is the trailers aren't always brand new and operating perfectly, but over the last month that seems to have changed. I was told they're slowly removing the crappy trailers and bringing in new ones and I've seen it first hand (I even got to haul my very first drop axle trailer lol). They improve at every step and though sometimes there are issues, they're incredibly minor and insignificant in my eyes. Rocking T may not have the best of everything, but they have manual glider kit trucks. Cameras that are NOT driver facing. They accommodate at every step as long as you're a decent person. I love my dispatchers, mechanics and other office folk here (many who have driven before and grew up around trucking in general). Everyone wants to come on here and complain, but nobody reviews things when they're good... So here is one good review to outweigh the rest.

unprofessional company/drivers …Its employees do flip u off !! I’ve been flipped off several times by these trucks when they can’t merge! Or when they get cut off, had it out with a few on the high way!!!NEED TO DRIVE SAFER OUT HERE!!!SMH!

Company hired me asked me what type of truck I want to drive automatic or manual I asked for automatic then after I show up because I have not drove a manual truck in years they let me go??? Dont work for this company the people here are rude not professionals they will scam you and waste your time trust me posted pictures for the proof

Funny how the new driver of trk#3317 has clearly had multiple accidents with the truck sense he got in the seat, cause previous driver from Colorado left in perfect condition, odd how karma hits a company cause way they treat people & lack of proof of wrong doing on drivers part... lol... poor trk#3317 it was beautiful, but you get what you pay for....lol...

Terrible company can’t believe I wasted my time with them. Never cared about its customers or employees at all. Do not associate yourself with them!
