The guys at Serramonte Ford were great to work with. I dislike car dealerships in general, and only visited SF intending to test drive a pickup before buying it online. But Jonathan (sales guy) was super nice and very low pressure, and in the end they made me a deal I probably wouldn’t have gotten online. (Special thanks to Jason in the back office.) All in all great experience all around. You can’t really see this car in the pic but we’re super happy!

I just finish purchasing my 4th truck on 8/31/24 this has been a great experience once again my sales person Vaughn was great. I must say the other manager Hamza made my deal go by quickly and smoothly if it wasn’t for them this deal would not have been done today. Serramonte Ford has taken care of me every time on all of my deals over the years.

I had a pleasurable experience at Serramonte Ford, both Eric and Jason made me feel comfortable.There was no pressure on purchasing the truck. Erick showed me options. Time wise was exceptional there was not a lengthy wait. Paperwork was Quick and easy. Jason and I chatted a lot. Great job guys for making your customers feel like family.

The service department was able to get me in for a last minute oil change, always appreciated! When my ford escape showed that it had some larger service issue needed Richie explained what we could do now and what could wait to do until my next service appointment which was very helpful. When my oil change turned into a longer job they were able to send me home with ride share and then even dropped my car off at my house when it was done saving me time in may work day! Thankful to Serramonte Ford for making my service appointments easy.
