I not only do not understand all of the negative reviews about Cleveland golf, but I could not disagree with them more. I have purchased custom clubs from them on multiple occasions, and have had great experiences each time. And contrary to what many reviews here have stated, I received excellent customer service. I was able to communicate easily and often via email with customer support on multiple occasions. Everything from order status, grip changes and subsititutions, and product information before purchasing, was discussed with support. And every question I've had has been answered by support. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews. I Cleveland and their subsidiaries are great companies who make great products. I will certainly be ordering from the again and would recommend anyone to do business with them as well. On a side not, I am not affiliated with Cleveland nor have I recieved any compensation for this review. This is just an honest review.

Horrible Customer service. Ordered a wedge on line. Did so because I wanted it to be 1/2 in longer than std. Paid a premium. Confirm lead time was 2-3 weeks. Okay with pandemic winding down understandable. Over a month later no wedge. Never received a confirmation email. Called to get status and order number. I was on hold over 20 minutes. Customer service person was rude. Acted like I was wasting his time. When I asked what the delay was he said "they get thousands of orders". Really, that is how most business work! That is not an explanation to my order delay. The order number they gave me still does not come up in there order status queue. Called again and was told 5-7 days. Writing this review over a week after that last call. Poor poor service! Beware

Horrible CS. Ordered clubs March 15, 2022. Website said 2 weeks. Finally shipped 4/7/22. Fedex delivery tentative for 4/13. 1 month. You lost my business. They better be dead on, or you'll get them back for a refund. Should of ordered from Cobra.

A few years ago I bought some things from them. Took almost a month even though they said a few days. Never used them again. Then a few years later and a few days ago. I tried to order some golf balls. Just golf balls, and paid for 2 day shipping. It's been four days and I haven't received a tracking number. There really is no customer service. Oh and last time. I reached out to them. The lady who I exchanged emails with was quick and rude. No explanation to why a five day process is taking a month and I seriously live less then 20 miles from them.

I had purchased a set of irons and a putter in early February. I received an email saying that my order was partially shipped. I only received my putter so I called. I spoke to Nicole R. and she told me that they should ship out in 2 days. She accidentally had given me the wrong information, so she contacted me back immediately. It was quite a wait, but because of the customer service provided I didn't mind. She stayed in communication with me until the irons were shipped. Because of the customer service received I would continue buy from Cleveland in the future . Cleveland has found a customer for life. Well, as long as Nicole is still there, jk.
