Don't get customize shaft build from their repair shop. I bought a $350 driver shaft and they installed the tip crooked. They did a poor job installing the tip and gave me a store credit instead of refund. Should have ordered from scottsdale AZ. These guys were blaming the damage from shipping than quality of work. What a wasted of time and money. It was your fault, so you guys should be responsible to give me full refund. Not the store credit!

John Weber in the Titleist fitting room provided me a world class custom fitting experience. He listened to what I was looking for and tailored everything to me while he was asking all the right questions. The custom fitting cost $75 for the hour and I'd be glad to pay more next time. Yes I did order my new set of 150's right then and there because of the job John did. I've already let several people know and needed to put this review up so everyone I don't know reaches out to John Weber.

If you happen to be an intestine Anaheim area, this is worth the trip. This is Roger Dunn's super golf store. You can wait for your clubs. If they're not too busy to be regripped or perhaps repaired, you may have to leave them, but you will find what you're looking for. Have fun and good golfing 😺

I went to get my clubs re gripped since I had recently bought and some older clubs from callaway ,, and I wanted to resell them but the grips were pretty destroyed ,, I picked out the originals but I. A different color and they said to come back at 5:30 pm on Friday the and I couldn’t make it so I went on a Saturday I went to the repair place where I had left them and then was directed to the cashier,,once at the cashier she just asked for my payment.,, I asked before I pay I would like to see them ,, so she brought them and I notice black tar looking gooey marks all over shafts and I’m like excuse me what is that,, oh she’s like just pay and take them back to service desk ,,so I paid and took them to service desk,,waited on line and when I was my turn ,, the older gentleman instead of addressing the issue got all defensive and said that they didn’t do that ,,that it was from the old grips,, I’m like I understand that,, that’s the reason I had a professional regrip my clubs ,, I’m not a professional ,, but I would of done a well better job and much cleaner,, he kept insisting that that wasn’t their fault but said he’ll clean them,,, he clean them and I’m opening them Monday morning and notices the tar looking goo all over my new grips one of them is even not the color I chose,, not happy at all!!! If people do t like their jobs ,, why even have customer service,, !!!!
