There were a few things minor glass items missing from our shipment that i think may have broken during transit so I could give a five star rating. They were however very professional and the gentleman movers and driver were very pleasant. Their company quote was the most inexpensive of three I recieved during my search for movers and so we chose them. I would say it was a good valuable choice.

Used Rogovin to move my apartment and car from Rhode Island to Minneapolis. Overall, great experience. Pricing was fair and the guys were respectful, efficient and responisble with all my things. My only complaint was with the drop off of my car. My company was accepting my vehicle becuase it arrived before I did (quick service!) however the driver didn't speak English which led to a pretty difficult drop off. Other than that, would recommend!

Apartment made it very difficult for movers to perform work-therefore truck was emptied rapidly without any furniture being put together-just unwrapped from padding. Pictures and mirrors left in cardboard cartons---boxes piled into apt because apt management rushing movers to only use freight elevator for 3 hrs--we did NOT receive services (WHICH WE PAID FOR ) if movers had been allowed time to do them. I do think as the move was completed without many services done, much of clean up of boxes etc was left to us, we should be credited back some of the cost. Movers were very hard workers--we really appreciated them! BUT Rogovin has charged for services which were not performed, as movers had to leave, so were gone by 1 pm. They did the best they could with the incredible constraints placed on them by the apt regulations.

I was by in a gas station in Providence RI when two movers from Rogovin saw that I had a flat tire on my rental car. I was supposed to be at the airport in an hour and the rental car company was sending service people in 3 hours! Well, the Rogovin men knocked on my window and offered to change the tire. They had to remove 6 small and large suitcases in order to get the spare tire out. It was SO kind of them to stop and help and it enabled me to get to the airport. I truly don't know what I would have done without them. I've never hired them for moving but I do know the company has two very decent movers.

Stay away from Rogovin. I had a small move but it was a NIGHTMARE, I had so many issues - lack of communication, screwed up weights, paid more than I should have. They're professional up until you make a payment and sign paperwork. After that they don't really care about customer experience / if you are screwed over. Rogovin movers were scheduled to pick my items in the morning, but decided to pick up another order and not inform me of the change. I ended up calling to see where they were and waited until late that day for them to get my items. Additionally they really screwed up the move weight, it was 200+ lbs over the estimated quote (which we hedged a higher weight to be safe). I had to call and push for them to take a look at this issue because they probably didn't care. Ended up realizing that they weighed with an additional guy/mover on the truck so I paid more because they screwed up. I understand there are issues that may arise but they did not communicate with me at all or try to resolve the issue, it was my issue to fix apparently. Then I kept having to follow-up about a refund because they didn't seem to care.
