What a company!! Attentions Drivers Gentleman & Ladies they keep a great yard A+, receiving trucks is another story keep it sharp on the dot(appt time) unloading is very Bad they apparently follow by…. (appointments only & timely only). So if you are just shy by few min good luck truckers. You would be put last of all other appt or not even unload at all and tell you because your are not on time. So reschedule would be the other option like it or not. Having to put up with bad work ethics or bad decisions with this type of companies. So it happens to everyone it’s unpredictable right. So what catches me is why not 15min or 30min grace period to alleviate our fellow truckers work day, common sense in a great company with great work ethics would unload trailer super fast and that’s where everything boils down too. So Driver be aware of your time to make it, if not you might be having to stay outside waiting in the street double lane parked or finding curb space open. 🤝

I advise all brokers/carriers to not do any business with this company. Stay away from this company’s CROSS DOCK service or any service in general. They do not care about their customers. The manager at the Montgomery Avenue Cooling facility is a terrible a person. His name is “Rick” (That is not his real name but that’s what he gives out to people who aren’t Hispanic). “Rick” is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. He gives last priority to the cross dock loads and makes the drivers wait on the street for hours; moreover, he treats the drivers like dirt. “Rick” only remembers about the crossdock near the end of the day after 5 PM no matter what time the appointment was. However, if you are late to this pointless appointment he will threaten to not unload you till the next day or even unload you at all. This really adds extra fees for detention/layover. I really hope the owners of this company take some sort of action towards this manager as he is repelling away a lot of business from current and potential customers.

The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling. Their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their operation. It's a shame that such a promising establishment is marred by such abysmal management. With this kind of operating system, your company has no future.

Worst place specially the reciever he shows too much attitude he mess with you and so much rude ..the management has to do something about that guy fire him or tell him to do his job dont mess with drivers so many people put reviews about him that he is rude...i just woke up nd went to check-in by looking his ugly face my whole day messed up...at montgomery warehouse not rollin enterprise
