Some of the bigger companies start experienced driver .60 to .65 a mile. Most companies 401K matches 100% up to 3%. Roane matches only 3% after you put in 6%. Some companies I see pay 100.00 tarp pay Roane pays 50.00. This is the first job I ever was paid per mile and no control of what I made. I know loads pay anywhere from 2.00 a mile and up. When on percentage you could get a lot higher than .55 a mile. They don’t advertise lease purchase but they do have it. I was offered a lease purchase. That was a joke. They will put you in a Cascadia automatic dd13 which is the smaller engine no pulling power. Why would someone want to go LP into a Fisher Price truck when they could be company and drive a nice 500 horsepower plus truck that pulls and you control the torch on the hills is beyond me. As a company driver you have a nice truck that does what all trucks should do. Home every weekend if you want. They have the miles and keep you loaded, but cent per mile needs to be more up there. They will pay you if you do a 34 hour reset out on the road. Another down fall is you have to call someone for everything. Can’t get nothing but oil with fuel card so if you need washer fluid or a light you have to call someone and after hours is almost impossible. You can’t just buy it and turn in a receipt without some kinda number. The staff seem friendly I haven’t had issues with anyone. I know my career here is short lived due to I know there is better out there just waiting on it. I know I can gross 200,000 easy myself. I grossed 350,000 my first years of lease purchase but an accident ended that. That will be off record in November. So I would really look hard if you want to make more than just to pay bills. There are company’s paying 25 to 30 percent of the load. That most of the times is way above their .55 per mile they offer.

Their agreement says they will pay in 30 days, but they really pay in 60 and give you countless "we didn't receive the paperwork" responses. We issued our paperwork a total of 5 times.

This is not a good place to work at if you need any time off on the weekday they will not pay you your Minimum pay even if you tell them you need a weekday off to take care if things they don't pay tarp pay they will tell you that they do but it's in your minimum pay per week and they only pay 55 cpm which is not good that's at the bottom of the pay chart and they will try to run you Local if you let them
