When boarding the driver was unable to change money but said this would be possible at the stop. So we went along. When we arrived at our destination, it was the same thing - although several guests got on at the stops and paid and there was now more than enough money, the driver played stupid and of course didn't give us any change. Very unfriendly and absolutely no recommendation!

Honestly, it doesn't even deserve one star. There was once a situation that stuck in my memory, the driver was very arrogant at first, my reaction? I just turned around, said thank you and left and walked home. At first I thought I was the only one who had such an arrogant and unpleasant driver, but when I heard many different stories from my friends from other towns, I changed my mind. And please don't interpret this to mean that the driver won't be nice when the passenger isn't nice, honestly I've never been rude or rude to the driver, but what can you do? As I said, I prefer to walk a few kilometers and take a longer walk than to drive in such an atmosphere. Not to mention punctuality. Thank you for such services, but I probably won't use them again.

Tragedy. After waiting for 40 minutes, the bus finally arrived (17/08/2023 around 17/05). The young driver rudely said that he would only take him to the north (whatever that means) and when asked where he was, he said he wasn't taking anyone and drove away, leaving the bus stop full of people. Rudeness and vulgarity. We had to wait over 1 hour with the child until the bus came and took us. If there was any competition, I don't think anyone would ride with them. Since when does the driver choose where to go if there is a designated route?!

The driver who drove today, i.e. August 14 at 11:45 he is incompetent and thinks he can do anything, but that is not the case. He is arrogant to people who travel. I think this gentleman missed his calling, because the words he addresses to customers are inappropriate... The driver is terribly rude... I don't know who hired him in this company, but it's definitely not a person who values ​​the company's good name...
