We had a package delivered via FedEx to the wrong address for one of our sales reps. Roscoe and his team were not only able to complete the pickup within half an hour, but they did it for a much more reasonable price than the same service with FedEx, on a faster timeline than FedEx, and kept me in the loop every step of the way, which kept both my client and I from getting anxious during the process. I will definitely be using their services for any of our courier needs in the area moving forward!

Cannot say enough good things about Roscoe’s. Called them at 9:30pm the night before I needed something delivered and Mr.Jones helped make it happen. Customer service and communication were great and the driver delivered ahead of schedule even in a time crunch. If I’m ever in a bind in the Indianapolis area, I’m definetly using Roscoe’s Express Delivery!

In a birthday bind, I needed to send an executive gift to our dear friend and colleague who works remotely out of Indy (our company is located in Boulder, CO). We knew exactly what we wanted to gift him, but there was no way (I thought) to get it to him same day...enter ROSCOE and his express delivery service. After calling through a list of "courier" services in Indy that I found online, none of whom would take my proposal, I called Roscoe's Express. Not only did Roscoe himself, agree to help me, but they added a very personal touch to the gift delivery by creating a special birthday certificate to present to our colleague along with the gifts that the courier had to make two stops along the way to pick up and then deliver to the final destination, which was our co-worker's home. THANK YOU, ROSCOE! Good heart with GREAT customer service- a rarity these days!

Used Roscoes today for the first time after some online research. I had them pick up and transport a new kayak from Indy to Lafayette. They transported it in a covered van. Kayak delivered with ZERO damage. Great communication, service and price, highly recommend. I will be using them again. Thank you Roscoe!!

My brother needed an adjustable bed, not only did Roscoe's do a fantastic job of delivery, his guys put the bed together. They were very professional, displayed excellent manners and were thoughtful of my carpet (it snowed). Any future deliveries that I need, I know who to call.
