DEAR CORPORATE OR GENERAL MANAGER - I came in today (9/11/24) at around 2:10 PM to buy some jeans. When I went to check out, the employee was a woman with a pink hijab. On my receipt, the associate number says 553089. I asked if I could pay most with card and some with cash, and when I asked that she rudely responded with "it's 13 dollars, why would you do that" and honestly I was genuinely baffled when she said that. I've never had this type of experience going to Ross. She was literally asking me that for like a minute. Like what? You're being demeaning because I want to pay a different way? I might not have the most money but at least I'm not down here working at ROSS DRESS FOR LESS LOL. So before you make fun of somebody's finances take a good look at how you're living. So corporate, please do what you have to do and if you could fire this "person" please do. I would lay my head down at night and get the best sleep of my life if I found out she got fired and cried about it.😂 On the flipside however, the woman working at the fitting room during that time was very kind, so props to her.

The best Ross by far. I always walks out with a purchase especially tennis shoes ,gym attire and smell goods. Just know you will be buying something or many things when you .. love this location !!

"STOP BUYING AT ROSS" They require you to be checkout showing the receipt, searching your bags of what it's inside. Common I don't pay membership in your store and "YOU SEE ME PAYING AT THE REGISTER" if you don't trust in your employees "cashiers" it's not my fault. You ROSS people don't know who's in front of you, we're people that serve the USA with proud and we are USA citizens that work very hard to spend our money in your store. For me bye bye Ross

Customer service is the worst in United States the security guards are racist and very rude they don't know what the hell they're doing 1 cash register is working for a whole store manager is not on site the rudest staff ever they are racist they don't care about their job they harass customers even the manager don't care I advise you to go next door not to Ross I don't know how to explain to you guys how horrible is that place is from the managers to the security guard specially to the security guard he thinks that he owns the place and he talked so low his customer I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever shop at this place
