The driver bus 59 sometimes she drives 77 or 79 has flirted with my husband she constantly drives pass our home to harassment I've called and complained but nothing was done I also took pictures of her in the act I would never use this company why are they still in business shut them down!!!!!!! She has no clients on our street she passes through there twice a day she's using her job for personal gain shame on her !

On 4/21/23 (afternoon) a female driver in vehicle #31, license plate 15425D2 cut me off driving north on Hollenbeck in Covina (cross street Badillo). Not sure if she had any passenger's since she sped off. I hope it was empty.

The drivers in this company are in a word, Scumbags. I have a driver who picks me up from my day program. Her name is Q. She’s insanely rude, watches Netflix while driving, blares the music so loud you can’t even hear yourself talk. She’s also swerved multiple times from not paying attention. There was another driver, who flirted with clients/passengers who were severely disabled and half his age while blaring Christian gospel messages about “the flesh” on the radio. The list of bad drivers goes on forever. It’s sad cause there are only a couple good ones out of hundreds you meet. The drivers in this company are horrible people, almost as if nobody did a background check on any of them. This company should be shut down. I am shocked how bad it’s gotten.

Most of the time my disabled child arrive home very late from his day program because of Round Trip. It should be at the most is 90 minutes from pickup to home as per Harbor Regional. Last night it took 3 hours for him to get home 8pm. And my son got a diarrea and irritated for being in the bus that long.

The service should start on Monday June 27, 2016. My wife called on Monday morning for pick-up schedule. The reception said she got order late Friday afternoon, it will take a couple days for schedule. She will talk to her boss about mom concern and will contact us. Now Thursday still no schedule so I call again for the schedule. She said we just get the order it will take a couple days. I told her my wife call you on Monday and now Thursday, no one call us. She said it will take 2 WEEKS to get schedule. I don't know why Harbor Regional still use their service. July 13, 2016 still has no transportation (more than 2 weeks) 6/27-2016 - 7/18/2016 still no schedule
