I cannot recommend Drew strongly enough. As a first time home buyer, I felt completely at ease with Drew in our corner. We had a rather specific set of needs (trying to buy a fully vacant duplex that was condo-convertible with another couple) and ended up finding and closing on the perfect place! Here are some of the things that Drew did for us: - educated us on all the ins and outs of financing options (TIC financing vs group loan) and introduced us to various lenders - advised us on how to think about structuring our TIC agreement with the other couple with which we were purchasing and introduced us to a few lawyers - before we put in an offer --> brought in a contractor on our behalf to see if certain changes we'd want to make were feasible and at what cost - as we were putting in an offer --> used data based approach to set an initial offer then used his relationship with the selling agent to help us negotiate and close in a competitive offer situation - after we were under contract --> brought in contractors to help figure out ins and outs like electrical hookups, washer/dryer connections, fixing various things we pointed our during inspections (then going back to confirm those things had been fixed), helped us bring in an appraiser to inform our TIC agreement - after we closed --> gifted us wonderful presents as a home warming gift :) Throughout the entire process, Drew was communicative and proactive...always willing to jump on a quick phone call or respond via text/emails. It was a pleasure working with him and I'd love to work with him again!
