I was trying to ship a motorcycle from Kona to Oahu. I hear a lot of horror stories about people's bikes getting damaged during shipping (not from Royal Hawaiian movers, just in general) so I was nervous the whole time. I figured it would probably suffer a few scratches and it couldn't be helped. When I went to pick it up, it was crated and wrapped exceptionally. It actually took a while to unwrap. Not a single scratch on the bike. Shipping through them was worth every penny. Big thank you to Arnold and his team! Found out Arnold rode motorcycles too, so he definitely understands wanting to keep it mint.

Royal Hawaiian movers is an outstanding moving company. The supervisor was very helpful and professional in assisting us with a problem we had. The movers are extremely kind and worked quickly and efficiently both from pick up to delivery. Best moving company in Hawaii!!!

Twice received a delivery, comparably poor service. Kicked shoes aside, moved and unlocked rubber tiles and didn't put them back, left without saying that they were done, etc. Interesting enough, didn't see a response to my post until SEVEN YEARS later, today!

We used Royal Hawaiian for two moves from Oregon to the big island and were pleased with the results both time. Not a single thing was lost or broken in either move. I have to say that I am impressed because over the many years we had moved four times on the mainland and there was always something that was broken. If I ever move again -- hope not! -- I will call Royal Hawaiian.
