Robert the operations manager and Yordyn were incredible. They both showed up promptly at 8 am with a moving truck, lots of blankets, dollys, tape, extra boxes, ect. They came in and assessed what we needed out, and then got moving. They were very fast paced! And the whole time being careful and aware of what they were moving! We had a two story apartment with three bedrooms and they moved out dressers, beds, dissembled desks and a bed frame. And carried many boxes. They unloaded our whole apartment in under 2 hours. Then they drove to Sf and unloaded all our boxes and furniture into the rooms we wanted. 10/10 don't hire anyone else. They really care and will do a great job. We appreciate you guys thanks for making our move stress free!!! West coast moving systems is our go to for any future moves!

The managers were always in touch, answering all my questions and helping to organize the moving process as conveniently as possible.The movers worked quickly and carefully, thoroughly packing all the items and ensuring their safety. The entire process went smoothly without any delays or issues. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and personalized approach – all my preferences were taken into account.Additionally, the cost of the services was quite reasonable and matched the quality provided. I would recommend Royal Moving to anyone looking for reliable and responsible professionals for their move. They truly make the moving process less stressful and more organized.

Best experience I have had with movers! John and Ash put a lot of effort into carefully wrapping my furniture and safely moving it and did the whole job with a smile. John easily navigated the truck on my very difficult and narrow street, which made me so relieved. They showed up exactly on time, finished the job incredibly fast, and kept all of my items in perfect condition. The customer service when planning my move was also very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them and would happily hire them and Royal Moving again.

I booked these guys last minute and I was thoroughly impressed. They were on time and ready to work. They went above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible. They shrink wrapped things, they padded my TV and they disassembled and resembled my oak dining room table at no extra cost. I never want to move again, but if I do, I'm calling these guys again. Definitely recommend.

TLDR They were efficient, did some damage but worked hard to make it right. Review: The move itself was fairly quick and efficient, pretty much as one would expect. My impression would've been quite positive had it not been for two main mistakes: 1. My eames chair was unfortunately damaged in this move (the wooded frame was run into the ground). 2. When packing my table they left the leaf in its storage location within the table, this is not how table leaves are intended to move (and it lead to heavy scratching). The damaged was not massive but unfortunately with this type of furniture repairs are costly and time consuming, the damage came to $1300. After a fair amount of back and forth discussion they paid enough to cover much of the repair, mind you not all but it reduces the out of pocket costs. My table also received some scratches but was fixed for $60 and is pretty much like new. I really wish the damage hadn't happened but I appreciate the efforts they have put into reducing the out-of-pocket cost of repairs. My main takeaway is to point out to your movers any highly sentimental or costly furniture so extra care can be paid or to handle moving of your most valuable items yourself if possible. I appreciate the efforts of Royal Moving & Storage to make things right and I do think they do business in a way that should inspire trust. I can't give a glowing review given the amount of hassle this has caused me but they seem to be a good company and I appreciate their efforts.
