They used to be very efficient, 3 year ago. That's why we chose them again recently. They sent 1 young man and 1 old man. The young man took charge of packing and wrapping, the old man did all the loading. I almost packed everything, about 10 boxes and 40 bags, it took these 2 excellent employees ( as per Michael) 3.5hrs to load, then 2+hrs to unload. I didn't follow them all the time, but came across a moment that the old man was trying to move a mattress and got stuck, he did not ask for help at all. The total time they spent almost double my last moving, despite that they offered the same low hourly price. Not to mention these excellent employees exploded one of my vacuum bags. I don't know how you guys feel about their service, for me, this will be the last time, in my life, to get in touch of them.

Although the company was responsive and their pricing was inexpensive, you get what you paid for. They sent a small truck, even though I gave them the square footage of my parents house they could not fit all of the items so my husband, nephew and 84 year old father had to run back-and-forth twice 50 miles to bring the rest of the items. They did not want to take certain items because they said they may break such as a television and pictures. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied would never use again!

Michael was super responsive to all my emails and was accommodating to my move out of a very stringent HOA-managed building. The movers showed up on time, were super efficient loading everything, disassembled and reassembled as needed, and generally were very nice and just made my move much lower stress than I was anticipating. They were very understanding of my old HOA-run building rules and were cognizant of following all the rules / taking precautions to move carefully. The entire move was complete in ~3 hours.

Asked for a quote and Michael emailed me back within minutes. Was available in short notice. 2 guys showed up on time in a big white moving truck. They started packing and wrapping everything up. They are moving fast so some boxes and items fell, but you get what you pay for. $99/hr plus truck rental fee of $59 to move from Fremont to Campbell. Would def use them again. Had no issues with the language barrier, they knew enough English to get the job done.

I used this company to move, very minimal work. With so little things to move it’s a shame how 3 bags of clothes went missing as well as my son’s PlayStation.
