I have received services from GFL for the last few years and it has consistently BAD. I have called multiple times to tell them the trucks drive over our grass and too close to the car parked in the driveway. They have damaged the concrete and the recently drive over my recycle bin and simply destroyed it and never notified me they destroyed it. Thank goodness for my cameras to record their activities. After multiple calls to get the bin replaced, I finally got a new bin 2 months later. They picked up today and my car was in the driveway. This time, they came so far up in the curb they hit the car in the driveway, and the bumper is now hanging and badly scratched! They just kept on driving. They drive too fast through the community with no regard for jumping the curb, knocking over bins, dropping trash. They are dangerous and completely unprofessional. They destroy any property in their vicinity, and they disrespect the customers by showing blatant disregard for our property. They should be banded from being a service provider. This is unacceptable service. These photos are of my drive way. I can't park in my drive way because their truck drives so close to my car they have destroyed the curb, the grass. Took these shots to show how far accross the driveway the come over which is how they hit the car. Their drivers are reckless and they do not take responsibility for their poor work. No response no accountability- terrible company.

The absolute worst. They are the HQ for several sites across the US and have been constantly increasing prices, adding fees, and not doing the one thing I'm paying them for - picking up trash. Customer service is friendly, but un-helpful. Full of promises that they don't deliver on. Been trying to change, and now I'm trying to cancel, my service; it's not going well. Do not recommend.

1/2 the time the recycling goes in the same truck as the regular trash. They haven't pick up our trash in 3 weeks now. When we call they swear they will be out that day and they never come or hang up on us when we call. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

SOUTHFIELD MI 2023 Taxes increased this year, and services decreased, of course, due to poor contracts. GFL IS the WORST garbage pick-up, and we complain constantly with little to no relief. Almost every week, they throw our bins around, break them, and lose the tops because they're thrown all about. They throw our bins/tops in our ditches(per the pictures) when asked to replace there's a huge problem) instead of places them upside down. Taxes are too high in this suburb for our services to be this poor. Shame on Southfield Administration for allowing this continued disrespectfulness to the residents. Shame on GFL for constantly providing such poor quality of services.

I recommend no one to work for them they shorted my check 40+ hours and when i asked where the rest of it was was told they forgot to pay me and have to wait an extra week for my money how can people live when companies like this can’t pay their employees on time so they can mana their bills this happens all the time, they offer double time to employees to work Saturday then half will be paid and the other half will get stuck waiting two weeks to get their money. They can’t service you when they are supposed to, this company does not care for their employees or their customers
