Would give zero if I could. The driver arrived, told me all was good and insisted that I could leave and he would tow my vehicle to its destination. I proceeded to walk home, at night, with my young daughter. Halfway through he calls me back to tell me that he cannot complete the service because he cannot get the car out of the emergency brake - after he told me I could leave, mind you. He then says that I need to call back my insurance company and request a new tow truck. Again - at night with my young daughter, I then have to walk back to where my car is located half-way through my journey home. I asked him if he could wait so I could see if I can get the emergency brake off. He says that he tried and with all his years of experience he could not get it off so he proceeds to leave. When I get back to my car, I crank the engine, pump the brake and voila, emergency brake is off. The driver should have firstly NOT told me that I was good to leave and secondly, he should have given me the opportunity to return to see if I could resolve the situation before he cancelled my service request. I am extremely appalled by the quality of service and the lack of professionalism. Awful.

Korey runs a good crew. Would hire him for ANY moving job. No matter how big or small. He can handle it,because he hires good men and works right alongside them. It is an sight to behold, a boss providing that type of leadership, and getting the job done RIGHT!!!!
