TLDR: These guys saved my butt and did an amazing last-minute job getting my cars where I needed them to be. Transporter companies in general can be tough to work with, but these guys got the job done and done right. I had an amazing experience with AA Auto Transport. Another transport company I was trying to use fell through and could not find me a transport for my two cars. It was two days before we were supposed to leave on our cross-country move and I called these guys up. Their reviews were not very good, but I didn't have any other choice at the time. I called them up, explained my situation, and they had me come in and do the paperwork. It was very straight forward and they were very quick. The pricing was on par and given my circumstances, I wasn't going to complain. I dropped off the cars the next day and by the morning, they had been picked up and were on the move to my new house. I was astounded because the other company made it sound impossible to find someone. We had been so stressed and getting these cars out was the last thing on my plate. I had no idea who was taking the cars, but at the time I didn't care. They told me the cars would be transported ASAP and they weren't joking. Both Mustangs were in an enclosed trailer and professionally taken care of. The transporter arrived one day after we arrived and was extremely nice. We had continual contact with him, and he continued to update us even through the nasty storm he got hit by. I can't thank these guys enough. They did what I thought was impossible at the time and even went beyond what I expected. I seriously gave them 2 days notice and they made it happen. They essentially saved our move and gave us peace of mind while on the road.

Had a great experience with AA Auto Transport! They handled everything professionally with care and had a great price! I had a transport carrier booked within two days after calling for my car. It was delivered safe and sound. The whole team here made it easy on me.

DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER. Extremely unprofessional. My car has been sitting in a random lot in Michigan for weeks and they didn’t bother to tell me until I called. Every time I call the delivery date gets pushed back., because they have no driver. This company is an absolute joke. They are a broker only and do not have asset based trucks to haul cars. Spend the extra few hundred dollars and get a competent shipper. This whole transaction is unbelievable. AA transport does not communicate on this process. I feel lied to and betrayed in this matter. I trusted AA and the car seller that my car would get here as agreed upon and the lack of communication is very troubling and to be told from AA Transport that they don’t follow up is very unprofessional. M I still have to find someone to transport the car. BEWARE
