On 10566 in mather, ca 95655 transit bus rouye for bus 75, the station has broken glass where children could pick it up or step on it. 01162023 @ 1142 am bus 75 ride pass bus stop by veterans building. 11162023 bus speed pass me at the mercy house located near the VOA Mather, Ca at 1145 am. The bus was 1564 1150pm feb 10 bus 72 ( aka 7808) stop at mather bus/station with out changing the number to 75. Driver stated the number is self automated and would change itself upon arrival. I had to asked the driver if the 72 number was the 75. On 02242024 at 8am walked across the street to catch the bus. Bus driver states that the bus schedulès are different for bus 75. He stayes that i should wait across the street at the other bus stop. Should an bus driver tell the consumer who is boarding that the bus that the number is changing into another bus number. Instead of telling the consumer to wait across the street for them to come back around. When does the driver know when an passenger is getting off at what stop? The bus that gave me the info was bus 1555. 02282024 @ 1127am bus 1559 asked what was the schedule for the bus to zinfadel to matherfiled. The male spanish bus driver stated he was in an hurry and to call the call center. There are no signs at bus or stations just enforcement. The morality of e ployees to consumer are rùde and not consumer friedly. Why are Rt driver asking where i stay at?.. 032224 no safety harness on painter @ mather ca transit/light rail station/mills. Painters painted the public voting mills building 04102024 @ 0834am no bay 3 @ manlove bus/ light rail station sign. Bus 84/(2207) driver stated over 20 years no bay signs in stations. She Stated gps needed to be updated. 05072024@1pm getting off the bus 75 by the VOA Mather site, an young black male try to stab me by the bus stop. The young man accused me of following him but asked me question where the VOA HOSPITAL was located at from the matherfield station. The black young male chase me around the car with the knife. The bus driver 75 allowed me to get back on the bus. While the young black male threaten to stab and poke me. He was headed toward the veteran barracks by the admin office. Called the police and made an report. 06022024 @ 4pm bus 2318 heavy black female driver stated to me while boarding the bus, if it wasnt for my child she wouldnt see me by mather, ca parks and recs ranger station.

They made sure I got my belongings back when I lost them on the light rail. They even sent me a notice in the mail saying that they had my stuff. All the employees were polite and willing to help me out.
