I have had to receive my dryer on the 1st of March 2021 and no one called me on my phone - as agreed. What happens next is that the driver has taken a photo of my doorbell and sent it to power in order to show them that they came but no one was at home - I was actually at home the whole day and did not even get a beep from them. There should be other people working instead and more professional companies that Respect Their WORD - and their Jobs - oh well - I guess Power won't be my choice until they change this delivery company.... A total Joke!

Bad experience. Counter for pick-ups is not manned . had to wait aprox. 20 minutes for someone to come, regardless of pushing the alarm button 🤨

Went here to pick something up. They could not find it even if it was logged as having been in their warehouse. In the end I called another office and found out it was still at the store so drove there to get it. The person at the location was not helpful.
