This company, employees truck drivers that has no consideration for human life or damage of others property, It’s either that or he was tired and fell asleep while driving. I was driving south on 31 from Saint Joe, Michigan to South Bend, Indiana on 6-5-24 and a truck driver wanted to switch lanes and he did not care that I was literally next to his cab when he decided to switch lanes. I had do a hard pull over to the grass immediately to avoid losing my life and damage to my vehicle. And then a few minutes after, he literally did the same thing to another vehicle! The numbers on the truck that he was driving are 53348 It’s unfortunately that I didn’t record the Incidents, however, hopefully this review helps protect drivers in the future. I don’t know about the customer service nor the products this company‘s offering but as far as transportation, they need to hire better drivers before they get hit with serious lawsuits!

I have been with RTR since August 2015. I cannot say enough good things about the company. Let me start with saying that other than the 14 yrs I served in the U.S. Army, I have never held a job for too long, (I’ve never been fired from a job either) I have a cold feet problem and am always looking for a better opportunity to make better money. I have never had an issue with pay, mileage, home time, days off when needed, to include emergency off time. I recently purchased a truck 7 months ago and leased onto RTR, I have been on both sides of the fence with RTR as a company driver, and now as an owner operator. I continue to work for them and will continue to do so. I have not come across another company that offers what RTR does. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you can’t make some people happy. I know of the situations posted in the negative reviews and what was said in the review is completely wrong. It is unrealistic to think that a company like RTR with the highest retention rate I know of would do something like that. I know the owners very well and I can tell you that the “low life” comment earlier in the reviews is so far out of context that I have to question the persons intelligence who posted it. You can ask anyone in my family about my cold feet, jumping from job to job problem and they will all tell you that for me to be at this company for three years now is pretty amazing. Now I ask you, “Why would I continue to stay at this company if they were anything like the negative comments mentioned previously in the reviews?” Am I defensive of this company? Damn right..... they have been nothing but amazing to work for and if you are looking for a company that cares about the driver then look no farther. I'm coming up on 2months with RTR. Communication goes long way tell y'all one thing I haven't had one issue with tht Kyle Williams (operations manager) has been really awesome on communication anything u need just a call away or even other driver's has been very helpful and polite. They let u run the way u wanna run no micro-managing here. Equipment top notch up to date newer trailers and trucks. Yes automatic rigs but a plus to tht is 75mph least mine does.They have out and back runs outta Tennessee to Laredo and California I'm personally on the Memphis to Riverside, California account leave Memphis Monday evening sitting in California Wednesday evening I'm bk in Memphis Saturday late afternoon drop/hook both ends pays address to address, paid life insurance plus paid medical. 7 paid holidays, dental, vision and disability ins plus 401k profit sharing.

I don't think there is a better company anywhere in America. I love working here. There trucks are nice the trailers are nice and dispatch is by far the best in the business. You get plenty of miles and they won't make you do anything you don't feel comfortable doing. Jackson the owner I don't think I have enough room to say how awesome he is. He has bent over backwards and then some to help me out. I will stay with them until I retire just because of him. Marty, Ty and Kyle you are all amazing. Molly in payroll is great. If you need miles and don't mind working this is the place to be.

06/30/2023 I-65 Indiana Truck unit: T20130 You have to check on your drivers. This truck was driving over 80 in 65 speed limit zone for over ten miles. Recklessly changing lines. Unacceptable for such a company.
