Very little professional ethics, very inappropriate language and very poor customer service and honesty is not their strong suit.. there is so many items they steal from my box it was literally empty when they delivered plus their prices are mad expensive!. Unprofessional and disgusting way to talk to them customer not a pleasant experience at all

I am hoping to save someone grief with this review, Delorbe or Ruben Shipping is an absolutely horrible company. Our shipment to the Dominican Republic was opened and many items were stolen or exchanged for inferior items, this is the second time using them. The first time I thought that maybe someone at the port must take them due to not being allowed to be shipped, but for this to happen the second time is unacceptable. Please save yourself some time and do not use them. ~Spanish~ I hope to save someone the pain with this review, Delorbe or Ruben Shipping is an absolutely horrible company.
