First and last experience! My cleaning was done with a drill Very fast and rough. I ended up with the polish on my arms and shirt! My wife request Ed to have 6 fillings replaced with white filling. The doctor didn't offer any advice to do a couple at a time. They rushed thought the 6 fillings, cracked her tooth and did a horrible job removing the metal fillings (notice bright spots in attached image). Now she needs a root canal and has been in bad pain for 3 weeks. They offered to fix their poor work, but we will NOT go back! I highly recommend avoiding this unprofessional practice.

WOW!! This office is unprofessional, loud and just extremely horrible customer service. I have not even step foot in this office and I will not allow any one of my family members to be seen here, ever!! I called this office wanting to schedule a routine check up because this is what my insurance plan assigned me to. The office staff was very rude and loud when answering the phone. She did not ask my name or anything about why I was calling, so I explained why I was calling. She seemed rushed and stressed out, then she immediately put me on hold after finding out a was a NEW PATIENT and another gal answered and asked who my insurance was and what kind of insurance I had!! She was not nice about it nor did she seem like they wanted my business. I am floored at this point! They are treating me like I am another number waiting to be seen. I then let her know what type of insurance I had and she said "Ok - with that insurance you have to be assigned to our office." At this point I am not going to even tell them my name or what I need. I let her know that I have been assigned to this office, otherwise I wouldn't have called, I know how insurance works. I then told her my concerns because of the bad yelp and google ratings, her response was, oh well maybe you should pick another dentist then.... Just unbelievable. Never go here!! I am shocked they are still in business. Completely unprofessional and just rude. :(

This is a basic dental service catering heavily to local Filipinos, but they do have a small number of non-Filipino customers. They do accept most dental insurance plans and once you are properly established, they will try to call you for appointment reminders. Their hours are somewhat limited, which might be a problem for some people. Dr. Edwin Reyes is the primary dentist with no alternate at this location with several staff members serving at lower-level roles. For a small dental shop, they get the job done, but they aren't optimized for specific audiences like Kids Care Dental or Children's Choice (and others I am not aware of), but over 95% of their customers are teenagers, adults and senior citizens anyway.

I had a bad very bad experience with this Doctor. It cost me 3 days work and $1600.00 to fix the damage he did. I was in bad bad pain for 3 weeks . He removed 6 filling in 1 hour. Was very fast and hard . After I still in bad pain. Now I came to Emergency can’t sleep . I have a appointment Wednesday to see a Specialist to do exams,and after he will do root canal. It was a big mess . He should know his job. But to me he is Not Good Dentist Never will recommend this place.

Crazy! Dentist said no cavity but office manager said one and want to charge me. How does she know?! Booked appointment to clean teeth but office manager said they don't clean teeth on first visit. Changing dentist now.
