Overall, the move was so-so. Pros and cons: Pros: 1) Nothing was damaged The movers took good care of wrapping my items and transporting them between the truck and the home carefully. 2) Price The price per hour is pretty competitive. Cons: 1) Moving felt inefficient Although I had a good number of items (incl. electric keyboard, three seat sofa) for a 1 BR move and made an additional stop, the move took 5 hours when it definitely could have been done in under 3.5 hours. The 5 hours was also with me helping. 2) Language barrier The movers spoke Chinese. Although I am proficient in Chinese myself, this may prove challenging if there are specific instructions you wish to give the movers.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Run Run and feel it’s important to share for others considering their services. Initially, we agreed on a noon move time. However, when we reached out the day before to confirm, they informed us we had not sent a confirmation email back—a step we were not told was necessary. Despite this, their employee was included in the original email confirmation. They then told us they would arrive around 2 PM instead. On the moving day, the movers informed us they would arrive at 3 PM, then at 4 PM. They finally showed up at 5 PM. It became apparent that the movers were likely exhausted and hungry, having already completed two jobs before arriving at ours. This significantly slowed down the process and affected their efficiency. They even had to stop by McDonald’s before unloading. Unfortunately, we had to pay for the extra time due to their diminished energy. To make matters worse, they could not fit all our belongings in their truck, necessitating two trips. We ended up renting a U-Haul ourselves. The entire process took 9 hours, even with an additional worker coming in for the unloading. After finally finishing, we had to drive back to drop off the U-Haul, not getting home until 5 AM. During the move, we went out to buy beverages for the movers because we had already packed everything in the fridge. When we returned, we discovered a hole in the drywall on the staircase that wasn't there before we left. Communication was also an issue. When we asked for assistance with wrapping or unpacking our bed frame, the movers were hesitant and seemed unsure if they could help, giving the impression that we were asking too much. Additionally, their truck wouldn't start when we were finally ready to move to our new home, causing further delays. We ended up negotiating an hour less pay due to these delays and their food stop. In contrast, I had a previous experience with another moving company that was significantly more positive. They were efficient, ensured everything was well-wrapped, and remembered where our belongings were placed, taking the initiative to put everything in its proper place in the new home. Overall, the experience with Run Run was frustrating and stressful. The whole communication could have been easier, and I would advise against overbooking movers to ensure they have the energy and time to handle each job properly. I had a great experience with Run Run Moving! The company was very responsive and flexible in the coordination process. The two movers named Wu were super diligent and efficient. They had all the right equipment for wrapping tape, mats, trolleys to ensure that my furniture and boxes were protected. And they have a huge truck with an elevator platform, so only one trip was needed. They also helped me take apart and put together my bed with their tools. I had a couch that was super difficult to be moved out, and the movers persevered for 5-6 tries until they were able to. Can't recommend them enough! 感谢人人搬家和五兄弟！他们办事非常快，也非常尽力。所有的物品都保护的很好。

Run run moving went above and beyond. Our move was so laborious but they kept going and didn’t slow down🙏🏻 I would gladly hire them again over any other moving company.
