Worked for these guys for almost a year. Money was pretty good. You definitely earned it though. You Work 28 days in a row 16-20 hour days and then take 5-8 hours of rest. They don't follow CVSA Hours of service law because technically they service under 150 mile radius. There is no restaurants around so you pretty much have to stock up in Dickinson or Williston. You sleep in a Peterbilt your whole hitch until it's time to go home. Management was pretty cool. Matt is in charge and he was always nice to me. Dispatch was always cool too. The only guy I didn't like was Scott the lead Mechanic. He was very arrogant and talked down to you. Obviously he got away with it alot because he was very smug about it. He was one of the reasons why I left. I couldn't stand him anymore.

Just got off phone with ops. mgr. Matt and have to agree his professionalism is questionable. I expressed to him that my only concern is that a company promises one thing and then they delivers sub par on those statements when it comes to recruiting. His response was well you wont be a good fit cause there's up n downs...LoL! Professionals who have been through multiple cycles in know this but if you're telling potential new hires that employees average between $400 and $600 a day then that's what they expect, no less period... Beware of these guys and their tactics

drivers are over worked, staff is uncaring to drivers and their wellbeing and safety. money is all that matters to them, paychecks are withheld and money deducted that has no justification. overall a very bad experience and by far the worst company i know in the patch

Drivers and trucks run illegal hours up to 20 hour nonstop shifts. Trucks that are legal for 80,000 pounds are running 100,000+ to make more money especially at night when DOT isn't watching. Staff and the owners berate drivers for needing to stop and having slip ups when they're overworked and completely exhausted.
