Carlos was absolutely a wonderful salesman! I feel he went above and beyond with making sure I was happy with my new truck. I could not meet him out at the dealership to do a test drive so he brought the truck out to me. He always answered my text/calls and was in constant contact with me through the process. Wesley was the finance gentleman that I dealt with and he made the loan process very smooth. He went into detail with the loan papers and the extended warranty. When it comes to needing another vehicle, I will definitely go back to Ryan Ford.

My car was in the service shop for a month, it went in with a vibration issue. While test driving, the transmission fell off the bottom of my car taking the gear shift and so much more with it, totaling the car entirely. The service manager, Eric, sat down with me and spent so much time with me explaining the situation and offered any help with dealing with my insurance, or whatever decision I made. Throughout this entire ordeal, Adrianne, a service advisor assigned to my car, was such a sweet heart. She helped me with recommendations on the best possible solution. Johnnie, the senior service tech even came to shake my hand, and shared how thankful he was that the freak accident happened to him while he was driving the car, and not myself and my young daughter. I enjoyed meeting these people, and talking with them. I definitely recommend them.

We saved a lot of money shopping at Ryan and highly recommend them! We were taken very good care of, my daughter was allowed to test drive a Mustang for fun, I was allowed to sign paperwork online, and I absolutely LOVE my new Bronco Sport!!!! Even our dog, Bailey approves! Ha! Thank you!!!
