To give a review requires a minimum 1 star. The San Mateo FedEx site has claimed in 2 seperate occasions that they attemlted delivery. First occasion a not wasn't left, but was mailed--post mark dates and dates they claimed delivery did not match up. When I called the dude on the other end was pretty rude claiming there was a delivery attempt, but I was home all day so thats just not true. Why would representatives/employees choose to lie to their clients/customers? Currently the San Mateo site has been holding a package for 8 days, which is now considered lost in transit. No supervisors are available and the only people that can file a complaint to investigate why the package is on hold is the shipper, not the resident at the address waiting for the contracted delivery. I hope others benefit from reading this. DO NOT do business with FedEx if you want you packages to be delivered on time (and without stress) to loved ones or people you do business with.
