If you are a owner operator choose wisely. They send you on runs that make absolutely no sense and you will recieve any dead head pay. I personally think as a company driver you will do fine here. As a owner op not so much, you're treated like a company driver. and the place is very dysfunctional as all can be. You communicate with dispatch via text message. You will wait for a while to recieve a fan message. The dispatchers talk to you like you're beneath them. I dont want to come off as a disgruntled driver, but I'm just being honest. Owner ops, you've been warned
