Rude. Only takes Zelle and cash, but can't actually process Zelle. Threatens to hold your vehicle overnight when he can't figure out your Zelle payment.

Very rude and suspicious. Look at the reviews they do not lie. My bf used to work in a tow truck company and said what they do is really fishy. They’re supposed to get your car and drop it to the location you specify to your insurance (or them). They did not do that. They kept it in the yard and didn’t tell me until I had to go looking for them. Be very very careful.

They sent a driver out to my house who pulled up, didn't call or knock, and then he left. I called to see what happened and jefferso said he sent the driver back. When the driver arrived he said he wanted me to push my own car out to the street so he can tow it. He said he's just a driver and pushing cars a few feet isn't his job and he left. I've never in my life been treated like this by a tow truck driver. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone.

What these people are doing is illegal. They towed my car on a public street where they just put up signs so that they can tow people and take their money. They claim they have a contract with cork and batter that is a mile and a half away from where the parking is. You cannot claim a public street and put up private parking signs that’s not how it works. You guys are going to get serious heat for this.
