This company is bogus. Went through the pre-employment process, background check, paid out of pocket for my MVR( which they said I was going get reimbursed and still have not received my reimbursement and are ignoring my calls and emails), was set to start with date and time, and at the last minute say they were going with someone else. I guess my color don't match the company.

Only in the orientation process, but so far so good, there definitely seems to be money to be made here. Smaller company they will know you by name, they do ask what your preferences are with truck type and hometime but does depend on your location. But this is the honeymoon phase and will update when time rolls on. Almost three months in and so far I like my job, pay isn't bad if your willing to do your job theres money to be made here, personally I have been a little obnoxious on somethings but so far so good. Getting used to the small company thing has taken some getting used to coming from large companies, but overall, I'd recommend it to friends. 6 Month Update: The insurance is cheap with a free option for the young, and overall benefits are affordable. We are getting brand new rigs now. I hope trailers aren't far behind. I'll have to stick with my original assessment, not a bad place to work. Don't bother ya as long as ya do your job. Don't mess with safety. I did, so don't do that, my advice. I've always based my opinion on how hard it would be to replace a job, and this one would be somewhat difficult to replace when it comes to hometime/pay, benefits price, and not being nagged constantly. My suggestion is to give it a shot. Make sure my truck number 1286 gets put down as a referral. There might be a hundred or 2 in for ya🤫🤑😇.

Love this company. Worked here for 4 months so far and they are great. Good trucks and decent trailers. Dispatch and office staff are awesome and treat you well. Over all a great place.

Parts department is hands down one of the best in the heavy truck business. Gary & Brian are 1st class to deal with & both extremely knowledgeable with trucks, driving & mechanical knowledge. 80 years experience between the two. Hard to beat. Most of the time parts are on the counter when I arrive. Was happy to be referred to them years ago. I would gladly do the same today. Excellent support!
