Scam! I gave these clowns two weeks to find someone to ship my vehicle on a specified date but they kept stalling, despite five email inquiries. On the day prior to my necessary pick-up date I was forced to cancel and find another company. 30 minutes later they “coincidentally” found someone to ship my auto. That’s no coincidence. Reading other reviews it’s apparent they wait until the last minute, then pressure their customers to pay a premium for immediate pick-up. Finally, they refused to refund my $160, even though I cancelled before they found a carrier. I told them to weigh the cost of a refund against negative online reviews. In their hubris and complete lack of customer service, they refused. Avoid this company.

I was nervous to have my car shipped, but they did a great job! I'm happy I chose them. I'll definitely be using their services again when I ship my car back in a few months.
