We hired this company and when I say it was the absolute worst I mean just that! Terrible customer service from one of the guys, which I assume was over the other guys because he was the one that was giving orders! They damaged a great deal of my furniture on top of them scuffing my floor terribly & when I mentioned it I was greeted with an “oh well” now I have to spend $$$$ to replace things in my home! I’m strongly thinking about handling this matter legally because some type of insurance should be in place for things like this!! Kudos to the other 3 guys who I wish I knew by name who were amazing and super polite! Unfortunately for this company, one bad apple spoiled the bunch. OH & did I mention that they didn’t even get all of my furniture!?? & they still expected me to pay.. absolutely not!

Oscar and his crew arrived on time and were finished within the time we had scheduled. They listened carefully to special instructions I gave about what to load first, so that those boxes would be last unloaded and end up at the entrance of the storage unit, and the most accessible. They consulted with me about stacking things on furniture and other boxes to make sure nothing would be crushed. It was a very positive experience.

Men communicated that they would be late which I appreciated. They worked quickly and were polite during the process. My main complaint was that they charged me for a second trip even though it was less than 2 miles to my storage unit. Great price

After I put my house for rent on nov. 2023, I had a couple who wanted to move in by the end of the month. With little to no time, I had to move my 5 bedroom house into storage. I called Saddle up and they told me exactly how many people I needed to move and how long it would take. The price was affordable and fair. They showed up on time and completed by the scheduled time. The workers even wrapped my furniture so it wouldn’t get damaged. ( they did bring their own supplies but I also provided them with moving blankets & wrap ) Highly recommend this company.
