This place is a scam and they take advantage of tourists. They sell tickets on the Mexico side and when you get to the American side they tell you they’re not real.

I called to see the time schedule so I was informed the time of the early one so after I hanged the phone and like fifteen minutes they call me back if I wanted to reserve a seat so I replay yes so I toll them we were on our way that my mom was getting ready so they had the courtesy to wait to us get there ,not everyone does this type of attention ,so thank you again and that next new year brings the level of service that you guys provide🎇🎆🎉😁🤗😎

Good service, but if you have pets and you’re planning on traveling with them, don’t use their services, depends on the driver if they wanna take it or not (and if they take them but they didn’t want they give you a whole lot of attitude even when you pay full price for your pet sit) besides that, everything good👍

The receptionist that attended me was very rude. On Sunday 27 of may I arrived at 5:15 am in the saenz location on Union Pacific and Atlantic As I was getting of my sons car she was asking me questions ( she asked , the van is full for 6am very pushy in the way she approach to me and I said ok I can take the next one, she said did u call in? And I just kept answering back and it seem she was having a A bad morning , but she has her job position.. thanks to us!! Very sad for the service she provided
