How are this people even legally allowed to transport old people???? The drivers and the employees are terrible uneducated people … one of the drivers was rude to my wife came out of the car towards her with intent to fight and after all of that whole deal jerking around the old person… my wife called to complain to the office and the lady over there didn’t seem to care

This is a vendor that Modivcare uses to transport patients to their healthcare provider for a prearranged appointment. They are paid through the insurance company for these rides. Modivcare uses several different companies to transport these people. This is by far the worst of them. They simply do not show up 75 percent of the time. How are they still in business? I work for Modivcare and I get at least 10 calls per day asking where their ride is to a scheduled doctor's appointment. I call the 2 numbers provided for Safari transportation and they don't answer. They NEVER answer. I have to tell these poor people their ride isn't coming. Im leaving this review because something needs to be done. Please when calling for a ride tell the appointment taker that you refuse to be picked up by Safari and we will use another provider.

I want to start by saying that, no matter what service is being offered, it should always be provided with the best customer service. Doesn't matter if it's free, paid for, or however it was handled. The driver that I had was absolutely terrible. I had to act like a "GPS" and guide to pick me up. Then he was loud and unprofessional prior to picking me up when he called to confirm. And then it got worse. He had another passenger on the way, and, when she got in, it was some of the worst conversation to be had. I also waited for two hours, when I was to picked up right away. This forced me to reschedule my appointment and then he had the audacity to call me at 2:30 stating that he was ready to get me, when, get this, my appointment was at 1:45. Great huh? Please, whatever you do, if it was a poor experience, say something. This is the only that things can change or become better. Otherwise, folks will continue to suffer in silence!

This company not only "sucks" but has no human regard for elderly or disabled that need transportation for testing or doctor appointments.The driver I had was great but he's not the company! Called to check on one ride, woman answers the phone sleepy(asked her and she replied she just woke up) it was after 11A.M. When you call message always says"box is full" no person to talk to. Now the best one,had an appointment at 3 P.M. to see my doctor for test results,the doctor over-booked appt. to see me, called at 2:15,no answer. Called main ins. carrier they informed me that Safari cancelled my ride- WHAT!!! No call no reason. Don't use them they SUCK!!!
