Lesson learned. Never use this place again. These people will text you the guy will be there shortly 2.5 hrs later he shows up. Then 20 minutes to put part on another 1 hour for them to figure the bill. I would call other mobile repair places where you speak directly to the person thats coming out not these 3rd party companies that just inflate the price so they can get paid. I called the number thats attached to this bussiness just a fyi.

My leveling jacks were stuck down and would not retract. The mechanic got them up in a timely manner and we were back on the road. I would have given 5 stars except for a couple of things: 1) the mechanic left greasy finger prints on one of my basement doors. 2)He did not have a hose to properly drain the oil from the valves into the reservoir for the oil as he let the oil off to get the jacks up. This caused the oil to drip down to the bumper and all over. This continued to drip when I got home and now I have the first ever oil drips on my driveway. I guess 4 stars is generous in this instance.

Never call these people they are corrupt and ruin you when give you the bills, he is changing one part and damage another part. Changing one airleak charging 1600 Dollars. I never ever recommended this people, Becareful dont lose your hard earning money.

We developed an air leak on 1 or our Peterbilt 379’s and stopped at there shop in Brush Colorado, if you use these people have your wallet ready! They only charged us $17.00 for the valve (very fair) and it’s not a hard valve to replace, see the photo below- but the total bill was $644.62! We will not use MTG ever again

A simple 15min diesel dosser nozzle cleaning ended with damaged parts,(snapped a new bolt during reassembly) more damage to bigger parts, culminating with the owner "James" abandoning me and my truck with no advisory direction. Now forced to call his competitor to come fix the incompetentcy and damage caused by Safe Assist. The minute a job gets difficult, you will be abandoned and left worse off then when the job started. Shameful way to do business. Time and part replacement is all is needed.
