I will never recommend Safe to go Movers and its fraud team to anyone. Mike and his team damaged my valuable items like perfumes, a dinner set and our dresser because they didn't carefully pack and wrap them. While loading, they were throwing my furniture and appliances into the truck. Senseless! I'll never forget how their entire crew made the relocation disastrous and difficult for my family and me. Do not call them, please‼

You losers, pay for my loss‼ My granny was unhappy when they damaged her prized antique dish set while moving her into a new house because your incompetent personnel didn't pack them separately in a bubble and shrink wrap. I gave them many instructions to ensure the safety of my luggage, but they neglected all of them, and many of my utensils were broken. This is the worst moving company I have ever used. Please blacklist those as soon as possible because they are not trustworthy and reliable.

The movers were on time and they were nice, but they weren’t professional movers at all. Even though I said our condo had to be empty, they kept wanting to close up the truck and leave. I had to keep on them to be sure to get everything that was to be moved. When they were unloading, they scratched the floor in 4 places with the sofa. The movers acknowledged they did it & we should talk to James, the owner. I called James the day of the move and the next day. He had some story that we moved the sofa after his movers put in place which is a blatant lie and he knows it’s a lie. The movers also scratched & marred some furniture. Even though boxes were clearly marked for their destination inside the house or garage, they didn’t move about half to the correct place. Now we have to drag things in from the garage. The young guys moving things do this gig for extra money on the weekend which is fine, but then train your employees properly. I too will file a complaint with BBB. As another reviewer noted, James also insisted paying with Zelle or Cash app. Wouldn’t take a debit card which is also like cash. I’m very disappointed in the service rendered as well as the lack of transparency and honesty in dealing with damage done by movers.

It’s been 15 days since they picked up our stuff and they have not given us any updates about delivery. We were supposed to get it within 10 days and they’re almost a week past that. People are refusing to update us. I see now reviews talking of up to 30 days for delivery and having the same experience we are having. I know that the good reviews are about the pickup process, but once they have your stuff they really treat customers bad.

**An update (new review & photos) for Nov 7th, 2018 below Oct 2017 review, as I used their services 2Xs (1 year apart)** On Oct 19th 2017, a great crew of 3 men (awesome attitudes and friendly helpful personalities) aided me in moving personal items (variety sized boxes and furniture and inherited precious family furniture, China & delicate decor) from my 2500 sq ft home I sold to storage. I was able to schedule the same exact team for Sunday Nov 12th to help me move from storage to my new apartment. I'm excited to see the same crew and know they will handle the items I've inherited and care for from my great grandmother. A woman I miss daily. This crew also went out of their way not only to protect all my property, but ensured extra time they had to wait due to unexpected administrative events from my storage facility. They not only waited patiently, they provided advice as we discovered I would need a bigger unit. Moving alone after divorce and chronic illness, this could have been a frightening experience for me. I am thankful for this company and their employees. The experience went so well, even with the unexpected hiccup from the storage company, I wouldn't dare let anyone else near my great grandmothers precious items. Thank you to the crew that has helped me and thank you to the company that hired thoughtful and friendly efficient movers. They were still super fast too! If I ever move again for any reason, I will be calling again on this company. No other. It is worth every penny and provided no additional stress. Oh and it was a very wet and rainy day. They forged through very professionally. Very affordable prices for such great service. ~Maureen UPDATE FOR NOV 7TH, 2018 MOVE OUT OF APT: I did in fact go back to Safe To Go Movers and again was given a great team (my prior team was not available) But they too handled my great grandmothers China hutch perfectly and moved me out of my apartment into my moving truck as I now moved out of state. Again, not a scratch or item broken, they got it done well under 2 hours, worked well together, eased my stress and strain caused by moving out of an apartment and had an inspection scheduled right after they finished loading my rental truck. My inspection went well and I was on the road to my new home still in the morning hours. ~Maureen
