BEWARE!!! I really have no idea where to start. I have done several moves due to a travel job. This company was by far the worst moving company I’ve ever dealt with. They lied from the beginning regarding things in my quote etc, and you will never be able to get ahold of the original person you spoke with. You can only deal with the customer service team after, and they are rude and unprofessional. And take “no responsibility” for what the sales team committed to. I opted in for the packing service, they smashed things into boxes without protecting items. Very late delivery of my items and I paid an extra fee for a guaranteed delivery date. I’m still waiting for a credit for that fee but no one responds. They have you pay a deposit up front, I paid $1300, but at the end they wouldn’t deduct the deposit!! I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to deduct the deposit. They also don’t allow credit card payments, which is fine but I’m now being harassed by the delivery guy saying I sent the money to the wrong Zelle account. But I sent it to the number he said and had him confirm it. And he has my cell and won’t stop reaching out. Very sketchy company. Please save yourself what I’ve gone through and use someone else! There are so many other better ones!!

All the other negative reviews are accurate. This company purposely underquotes you then once all you stuff is on the truck they raise the rate - we were quoted about $7,000 for our moved and once all of our stuff was on the truck they told us it would be over $11,000. We were extremely thorough when detailing all items for our move but they still said it was more than they thought. We counted every box - every lamp - every item. Then they lost our hardware to assemble furniture during shipping and multiple pieces of furniture were returned damaged, scratched, or cracked. They treat you nice on the initial phone calls then after that - trash. They’re rude and know exactly what they are doing. Scammers.

Not good at all. The first contact sales pitch was awesome, all down hill after that. Late for pickup, WAY Late for drop off as in weeks. Always having to call myself for updates. Stuff finally arrives and we are talking major damages. Broken monitors, printers, VERY expensive BBQ island, fire pit broken. Nice Ebikes scratched, bed dented. Promised to put furniture together and the guys said oh we don't have any tools sorry. All this great service for $7K!!!! Run from this company. I have have insurance claims initiated, not holding my breathe.

I'm still waiting on my stuff... Terrible communication and continuing to push the delivery date back. They claim a 5 - 14 day window for delivery. When booking, they ask you for your first available delivery date. They told me it couldn't be within 5 days of the pickup date, which makes sense, so I said the 5th day from the delivery date (the earliest date they let me elect). About a week later when I called to ask, they informed my the 5-14 day period starts on the "first available delivery date", which does not make sense. So essentially, they have a 10 - 19 day period while advertising 5-14 days. It is now the 14th day since my first available delivery date (19th day since pick up). I just called, and they said my stuff won't leave the origin city for another 5 days, hopefully delivered within the week. NOT HAPPY. Aside from Safeway not honoring their side of the deal, I've also had to deal with terrible customer service--At least an hour of "on hold" time each time I called, only to have my simple questions not answered... "When can I expect delivery?" "What's the last possible day of the delivery window?" I even had one of the customer service reps yell at me on the phone, which was a first. Also to corroborate the other reviews--I explicitly told the pick up movers to not load anything that was not previously in the contractual inventory - I was driving a separate Uhaul myself to avoid any excess fees. They agreed, then hours later I found out they loaded extra boxes and were asking for an extra charge of $500..? Total frustration with this deceptive company. I will provide an update to this review as my situation evolves.

Do not trust the Google Reviews! This company has been awful to me since day 1. They are the moving company that other companies warn you about. They charged us 140% of the original quote upon pickup (when it was too late to do anything about it), and they just called me today to say they weren't even going to attempt to deliver anything until after I paid an additional $525. That's not even mentioning I have no idea what kind of shape my household goods are in at this point. They also threatened that if I don't pay they're going to put it in storage, not let me have it, and then charge me the storage fee. This goes against federal regulations, and I've already complained to the BBB and FMCSA. For those wondering-- we did end up getting our items back, however we had to rent a uhaul, meet them in a Wal Mart parking lot, and then move the stuff in ourselves. They forced us to pay the full 100% before they'd let us touch our items, even though they did not uphold their end of the agreement by moving in our stuff, and setting it all back up Also, we have unpacked about 2 boxes, and already found several items are broken.. Very shady company. It has turned me off from ever hiring a moving company again. -- Way to kill the industry with your dishonesty, Safeway.
